Philadelphia and Pittsburgh are moving forward with banning plastic bags as Pennsylvania cities and towns may soon have legal authority. It’s the second straight week that Pennsylvania has no counties with a high prevalence of COVID-19. In addition, the state now ranks 7th in the US for issuing the first doses of the COVID-19 vaccines. And with the state budget recently approved, Governor Wolf says the new massive budget will move Pennsylvania forward.
