Patrick picks up the RV plastics supplier Alpha Systems

Patrick Industries Inc. has maintained its fast pace of acquisitions and acquired Alpha Systems LLC, a manufacturer of thermoplastic polyolefin membrane roofs for RVs and other plastics for RVs.

Conditions were not disclosed. Alpha, which also has rotary blow molding and injection molding techniques, had sales of $ 158 million for the 12 month period ended March 31, Patrick Industries said when it announced the completion of the acquisition.

Both companies are based in the RV manufacturing center of Elkhart, Ind.

Beyond its TPO roofs. Alpha Rotary and Blow Molding RV Storage Tanks; Injection-molded shutters, vents, skylights and other custom products; and manufactures adhesives and tapes.

“Alpha’s broad product range increases the size and complements our current portfolio offering with screw-on product line extensions,” said Nemeth in the press release. “In addition, their local presence and well-respected sales and marketing team provide opportunities to expand our aftermarket presence and our platform, brand and sales network.
